We have a 15km radius limit on our fresh flower delivery to help minimize damage and maintain freshness, please use our postcode checker to ensure your delivery address is within our delivery zone.
Please make sure you order a minimum of 24 hours before the delivery date.
• Clean vase well with soap and dry
• Add clean fresh water to vase
• Rinse and dry flower feet
• Cut each stem on a sharp diagonal with a flower knife/scissor and immediately place in vase with water (paper scissor will damage the stems)
• Ensure no foliage is below the water line
• Repeat above every 2-3 days or when flower stem is slimy or when water is cloudy
* The key is to keep vase water clean and clear and the flower's feet free from slime.
