Delivery
Due to our zero waste policy, we do not hold fresh flower stock on premises.
All perishable orders (including floral arrangements & produce boxes) must be submitted by 3pm for next day delivery/pickup.
Shipping
We ship Australia-wide using our delivery partner Sendle.
Fresh flowers, produce boxes and cheese boxes are hand-delivered by our team within 15km of our Docklands studio in Melbourne.
Click & Collect
We offer complimentary Click-and-Collect from our Docklands studio. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection. Please note collection is only available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
PO Boxes
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using DHL, however please contact us for a quote at team@miei.com.au prior to placing your order.
Returns and Refunds
Our team carefully inspect each item prior to packing and shipping our orders. If by any chance your purchased item is faulty or damaged upon arrival; we are more than happy to offer an immediate replacement, full refund or store credit.
Please ensure to contact us immediately so we can assist.
Please note that refunds can only be issued to the credit card that was originally charged.
